*Rs. 1155/- can be paid in two installments. Rs. 578/- in the first term and Rs. 577/- in the second term. Fees for the second term should be paid within a week following the re-opening of the College after October/November Vacation.

Examination Fees
The Examination fee shall be paid by the students at the time of feeling up of examination forms. The actual amount of fee charges will be intimated to the students at the time by Goa University.

Refund of Fees
1.)  All fees paid by a student at the time of admission shall be refunded to her/him except special fees and contribution to students aid fund after deduction of 12.5% as Administrative Charges, if the student/guardian informs the Principal in writing before the date of commencement of the Academic term/year.
 
2) If a student/Guardian informs the Principal in writing within 30 days from the date of commencement of the term that she/he desires to cancel her/his admission, then all fees shall be refunded to her/him after deduction of 15% of the fees collected as administrative charges.

3) If a student/Guardian informs the Principal in writing within 45 days from the date of commencement of the term that she/he desire to cancel her/his admission, all fees shall be refunded to her/him after deduction of 20% of the fees collected as Administrative Charges.

4) If a student/Guardian informs the Principal in writing by upto 30th September of the academic year that she/he desire to cancel her/his admission, all fees shall be refunded to her/him after deduction of 30% of the fees collected as Administrative Charges.

5) If a student/Guardian informs the Principal in writing by beyond 30th September of the academic year but before the start of the Second Term of the academic year that she/he desire to cancel her/his admission, all fees shall be refunded to her/him after deduction of 50% of the fees collected as Administrative Charges.

6) If a student/Guardian informs the Principal in writing after the start of the Second term of the academic year that she/he desire to cancel her/his admission, 100% of all the fees shall be deducted , but only the deposit shall be refunded.

             In all cases of cancellation the University enrolment fees shall be refunded in full unless the fees have already been remitted to the University.

             Whenever a dispute arises either due to interpretations or genuineness of the case, the matter shall be forwarded for consideration and decision of the Vice-Chancellor whose decision will be final and binding on all.

Refund of Caution Money

The Caution money deposit will be refunded immediately after a student leaves the Institution deducting the outstanding dues against her/him, if any. The application for the refund of caution money should be submitted to the Principal within six months from the last date of leaving the institution failing which the caution money shall stand forfeited.
