"Healthy mind lives in a healthy body". It means that if you are physically fit automatically your mind also remains fit.
As students it is very important to do physical activity daily with proper diet to remain physically and mentally fit. Any type
of regular physical activity can improve your fitness and your health.
The most important thing is that you keep moving! Exercise
should be a regular part of your day, like brushing your teeth, eating, and sleeping. Exercise and physical activity helps in building
strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Therefore the department of physical
education of the college under my supervision have established "AAROGYA" fitness club for the staff and students of the college on
12th August 2021.
The mission of AAROGYA-FC is to encourage teachers & students to actively participate in physical activities and
create awareness of physical fitness, physical activity and promote sports in the college to develop a fitness culture among the
college students and teachers.
The club will conduct various physical activities and sports activities for students and the department
of physical education would be pleased to see your active participation in it.
